Baruto obviously tried to grab a belt, which was blocked very well by Tamanoshima. I think few more tournaments and he will be at new level at sumo. At the beggining of being fan of sumo i thought that he never will learn how to do right. But as i see now, he is learning. He has weight a little more than other so i think he should use it and wrestle like Asashoryu,Hakuho and he also should train speed like Harumafuji has. It's seems to me that he's only fighting style or whatever it is is "yorikiri".

At first ,I do think same thing as you.
The point is his lower body power.
If he can keep lower position,he will be a Ozeki.
But he has a bomb in his left knee.
