Day14 vs Kotoshogiku (Haru-Basho 2010 Mar)

Today's opponent Kotooshogiku likes "Gaburiyori"(=rushing with waist shakin down).
This tournament Kotoshogiku has marked 9 wins.
Past rsults are 6win Baruto to 6 wins Kotoshogiku.
Baruto chose "Moroteduki"(=both arm pushing) and completely raised Kotoshogiku upwards.
Then Baruto pulled.

Baruto did not allow Kotoshogiku inside.

13 wins.

Hello! New Ozeki!!

sekiwake BARUTO ○(HATAKIKOMI)× KOTOSHOGIKU maegashira #3

Hakuho also won today.
So he is 14-0.
Baruto is 13-1.

Tomorrow Baruto meets Kotomitsuki and Hakuho meets Harumafuji.
If Baruto wins and Hakuho lost, both are 14-1 and it means re-bout to decide which one is champion of this tournament.

It is marvelous if Baruto promotes to ozeki with No.1 title.

It is a happy day for Baruto and for us. Let´s hope he wins on the last day too!

Thank you, Chuchai san, for answering, comments, videos and teaching a sumo culture to us.

I must say that I am not a fan of the hands to the face and neck that Baruto has been using the last few days.

Maybe someday they will outlaw such techniques. It seems like cheap sumo (as does henka).
